Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for an outpatient clinic in Denver. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care with an interdisciplinary team, ensuring timely documentation and education for patients and families.

The role features a Monday–Friday, in-person schedule, with hours that can flex to clinic needs. Current RN license and BLS are required, BSN preferred in line with updated job requirements.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BSN preferred / BSN required by stated update date.
• BLS for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess: perform comprehensive patient assessments and gather information from the care team.
• Plan: develop individualized care plans with patient and family involvement.
• Implement: coordinate and deliver care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Evaluate: monitor outcomes and revise plans as needed.
