Qualifications

• BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Supervise 10+ clinical staff (MA, LPN, RN) and coordinate daily clinic activities.
• Maintain regulatory policies and procedures under supervision of Manager/Medical Director.
• Collaborate with leadership to align clinical efforts across physician practices.
• Educate patients about medications, care plans, and community resources.
