Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care to a specified group of patients in outpatient clinic settings
• Performs telephone triage and notifies provider of abnormal findings
• Establishes a care plan in collaboration with patient and care team
• Administers medications and treatments as ordered and monitors response
• Initiates CPR and other emergency measures as needed
• Maintains patient records and supports education for patients and families
