Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with Alabama licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
• Able to provide on-site supervision to clinical staff.
• Current Alabama State Licensure or Compact Licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient clinic setting and supervise 10+ clinical staff.
• Collaborate with Clinical RN Manager to align clinical efforts across the physician practices.
• Coordinate daily practice activities and ensure adequate staffing and coverage.
• Educate patients about medications, diet, and community resources.
• Input or assist with ordering imaging, labs, procedures, and referrals in the EMR.
• Perform in-office procedures, venipuncture, and administer medications as directed.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards; ensure compliance.
• Maintain patient records and documentation in the EMR system.
