Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our outpatient clinics in Miles City, Montana. This 40-hour-per-week role supports Holy Rosary OB/GYN and General Surgery clinics, performing general nursing care, triage, and patient education in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active RN license, and BLS/ACLS certification. One year of clinic or acute hospital experience is preferred, with BSN preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Current/valid Registered Nurse license from the state licensing board is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is required.
• One (1) year related experience in a clinic or acute hospital nursing setting is required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs general nursing care to patients by following established standards and procedures.
• Obtains patient consent for care and ensures patient confidentiality.
• Documents health history, vital signs, and health risk factors and assesses disease condition.
• Executes prescribed treatments and medications and monitors patient response.
