Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Iowa RN license is required.
• BLS certification required within 3 months of hire.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Experience in outpatient nursing settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient patient care with safety and clinical accuracy.
• Coordinate with physicians, staff, and families on care plans.
• Educate patients and families; document education and care in EMR.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered; monitor patient status.
• Participate in meetings, quality improvement, and regulatory adherence.
