Job summary

Intermountain Health McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an outpatient clinic setting. The role focuses on assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care in collaboration with physicians and the health team.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Primary duties include referrals, messages and phone triage, with comprehensive documentation and adherence to licensure standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN License in state of practice.
• BLS Certification for healthcare providers.
• ACLS/PALS or other clinical certifications as required.
• BSN within four years if RN has <12 months experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status of patients.
• Develop and implement patient care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Provide referrals, messages, and phone triage as primary duties.
• Document care accurately and maintain licensure compliance.
