Job summary

Metro Vein Centers is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, lead a team of 8–11 support staff, and partner with one physician to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

You will manage staffing, schedules, PTO, and front-office efficiency while ensuring excellent patient experience, operational readiness, and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience in a medical/clinic setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience managing outpatient clinic operations strongly preferred.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow.
• Lead 8–11 support staff and coordinate with providers.
• Manage staffing schedules, PTO, and coverage.
• Support front-office efficiency and overall clinic performance.
• Resolve patient concerns and operational challenges in real time.
• Monitor KPIs, patient experience, and workflow efficiency.
