Job summary
Valley Health System in Montvale, NJ is seeking a Charge Nurse to coordinate general office activities and provide direct clinical care under supervision of the Provider, Practice Manager/Supervisor and/or Service Line Director. You will be the primary point of contact for patient intake, testing, ordering, and supplies, collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to achieve high-quality outcomes.
A NJ RN license and BLS certification are required, with at least two years of ambulatory
Qualifications
- Completion of formal coursework equivalent to an associate’s degree in nursing.
- Current and unrestricted New Jersey RN license.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification required.
- Specialty specific certification a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate general office activities and direct clinical care.
- Serve as point person for patient intake, testing, ordering, and supplies.
- Lead a high-functioning care team and collaborate with the care team.
