Job summary

Valley Health System in Montvale, NJ is seeking a Charge Nurse to coordinate office activities and provide direct clinical care under supervision. You will act as the primary contact for patient intake, testing, and supplies while guiding staff within an interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in nursing, an active NJ RN license, and BLS certification. Experience with EMR systems and office-based patient care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of formal coursework equivalent to an associate's degree in nursing.
• Current and unrestricted New Jersey RN license.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• Specialty specific certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate general office activities and direct clinical care.
• Serve as the point person for patient intake, testing, ordering, and supplies.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure patient outcomes.
• Maintain confidentiality and support high patient satisfaction standards.
