ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Collect and record patients' payments for services, assist patients in completing claims and other forms
2. Effectively supervises clinic staff; maintains time & attendance records; payroll data; and addresses HR related issues
3. Maintain effective working relationships with hospital staff; facilitate patient referral and admission to hospital as necessary
4. Performs special assignments/projects at the request of the CFO/CEO

5. Shows empathy when communicating financial responsibilities to patients; follows-up with insurance companies on outstanding bills; and Hospitals net days in accounts receivable goals are exceeded.
