Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking an LPN to support a Flu Clinic in Lehigh Acres, FL. This on-site role involves 32–40 hours per week, with shifts ranging from 7 to 10 hours during clinic hours and six-week blocks following orientation. It is an on-site position.

Compensation is $39.00 per hour with benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment. LPN/LVN license with BLS and at least one year in primary care, urgent care, or ER are required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license with unrestricted privileges (state) and BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year related work experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or ER.

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccinations and injections (influenza, COVID, TB tests); obtain vitals; provide emergency care in collaboration with on-site provider.
• Prepare the clinic and waiting space to ensure the best patient experience.
• Assist with patient reminders, outreach calls, scheduling, and chaperone for sensitive exams to support patient care.

LPN Flu Clinic Highlights

The required availability for this position is 6-week blocks following the 3 weeks of training/orientation. a shift to be between 7-10 hours during clinic operating hours. This is an on-site position.

Clinic Hours:

Schedule includes 32-40 hours per week with every other weekend required.

LPN Flu Clinic Responsibilities

• Administer vaccinations and injections including but not limited to influenza, COVID, and TB test placements Obtain vital signs Provide emergency care in collaboration with the provider on site in emergent situations Perform patient registration, intake, and checkout Assist with wait room management and other responsibilities such as patient reminder and other outreach calls, appointment scheduling, and chaperone for sensitive exams to enhance the patient experience.

LPN Flu Clinic Requirements

• The LPN/LVN must have a full, active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
