Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking an experienced Cellular Therapy Nurse Coordinator I to serve as the primary nurse in outpatient settings for BMTCI patients. You will manage care coordination, education, and follow-up across multidisciplinary teams within a growing cellular therapy program.

Ideal candidates have hematology/oncology background, BMT/cellular immunotherapy exposure, and outpatient nursing coordination skills, with OCN/BMTCN certification or equivalent.

Qualifications

• BSN or ASN from ACEN/CCNE accredited program with 2+ years in BMT or cellular immunotherapy.
• Florida RN license and BLS certification.
• NPDB self-check prior to employment; no NPDB reports.
• Hematology/oncology experience in outpatient or transplant setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of care, symptoms, and treatment plans for BMT and hematology patients.
• Coordinates phases of care, including education, scheduling, and follow-up across care teams.
• Documents care plans, tests, and results per SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborates with physicians, APPs, nurses, and support staff to coordinate patient care.
