Job summary

The Blood and Marrow Transplant and Cellular Immunotherapy Program at Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a Cellular Therapy Nurse Coordinator I to join the outpatient team. This RN will serve as the primary nurse for a designated patient population, coordinating care from initial consult through long-term follow-up with mentorship from a multi-disciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds a Florida RN license with a BSN or ASN and 2+ years in BMT/CI or oncology, outpatient experience, and

Qualifications

• Credentials: BSN or ASN with Florida RN license and BLS certification.
• Two years of relevant RN experience in BMT or cellular immunotherapy.
• Outpatient clinic experience or nursing coordination role preferred.
• OCN or BMTCN certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of care for BMT/Hematology patients across ages.
• Coordinate and document phases of care in the outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and staff to manage patient care plan.
• Educate patients and families; manage appointments and follow-up.
