Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge in care provision for BMT/Hematology patients of various ages.
• Organizes and documents phases of care in outpatient setting.
• Coordinates patient access to support services (financial, pharmacy, donor services).
• Acts as central coordinator for all phases of care.
