Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health or substance abuse related field from an accredited university.
• Oklahoma licensure as a LPc/LPB/LMSW/LCPC/LCADC (as applicable).
• Two years in clinical service delivery.
• Two years in supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for outpatient services and oversee day-to-day clinic operations.
• Ensure fiscal responsibility by budgeting and expense oversight.
• Supervise staff, develop Performance Improvement Plans, and coordinate training.
• Coordinate crisis intervention services during emergencies and after-hours as needed.
