Job summary

Eligible candidates hold an Associate's Degree in Nursing and a Michigan RN license with BLS certification; a BSN is preferred. This full-time role offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus for external candidates and a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• RN license in Michigan (STATE_MI)
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire
• BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient needs and document nursing care accurately.
• Develop and maintain individualized care plans with patients and families.
• Communicate with health team and triage calls to ensure continuity of care.
• Facilitate smooth patient discharge planning and transitions to home.
• Evaluate outcomes and educate patients and families as needed.
• Provide evidence-based nursing care per plan and policies.
