Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide in-home care in the St. Joseph/Benton Harbor area. You will deliver professional nursing care using the nursing process and partner with patients, families, and the Nurse Leader to develop and carry out the plan of care.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required.
• Current MI RN license required.
• MI driver's license required.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process.
• Plan, implement, evaluate and discharge patient care with patient/family participation and documentation.
• Educate patients and families; document education in the health record.
