Job summary

Corewell Health South Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide in-home care in the St. Joseph/Benton Harbor area. The RN uses the nursing process to deliver patient-centered care with the Nurse Leader guidance.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementing, and discharge planning, with emphasis on patient-family education and documentation in medical records. A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing (ADN) or equivalent.
• State of Michigan RN license.
• Valid Michigan driver's license.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge patients.
• Collaborate with patient/family to develop and implement plan of care.
• Document education and care in the health record under Nurse Leader supervision.
