Village Heart & Vein in Lady Lake, Florida is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide outpatient cardiovascular care. This full-time role offers weekday clinic hours with no on-call, weekends, or major holidays, and opportunities to work alongside experienced cardiologists within the CVAUSA network.

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Active Florida license before starting.
• Cardiology APP experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered care.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct outpatient cardiovascular evaluations and follow-ups.
• Manage conditions such as CAD, heart failure, hypertension, and atrial fibrillation.
• Review ECGs, imaging, and lab results.
• Prescribe and adjust medications with monitoring.
• Develop care plans with cardiologists.
• Coordinate diagnostics and referrals.
• Counsel patients on medications and lifestyle changes.
