Humana Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking an Outpatient General Cardiologist to join Conviva Specialty Care.

You will work onsite at the Conviva clinic and report to the Director of Cardiology, with a Monday–Friday schedule and minimal on-call duties. The ideal candidate has an MD or DO, completed Internal Medicine residency and cardiovascular fellowship, and is board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiovascular Disease, with a valid state license and DEA.

Qualifikationen

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine.
• Completion of Internal Medicine residency and cardiovascular disease fellowship.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease.
• Valid, unrestricted license in the state of practice (or willing to obtain).
• At least 2 years of outpatient cardiology experience.
• Current unrestricted DEA license, or must obtain.
• Training or certification in echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, or cardiovascular imaging.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate patients with cardiovascular diseases and conditions.
• Manage chronic cardiovascular conditions (CAD, heart failure, arrhythmias, hypertension).
• Interpret cardiovascular diagnostic studies (ECGs, echocardiograms, ambulatory monitoring, stress testing).
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based guidelines.
• Collaborate with PCPs, specialists, and care teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation.
