Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an Outpatient Registered Nurse for the Heart & Vascular Riverside team to support electrophysiology care. You will provide case management, triage, and clinical decision-making for cardiac patients, with travel to outreach clinics required.

The schedule is Mon-Fri with 8- or 10-hour shifts, no weekends or holidays. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and must hold an Ohio RN license and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or a multi-state compact license.
• BLS certification is required.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Initial, ongoing health status assessment for patients.
• Document planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Evaluate response to interventions and revise care plans with the team.
• Actively participates in process improvement to improve clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization (HRO).
