Job summary

TriHealth is seeking an Electrophysiology (EP) Registered Nurse – Ambulatory to support patients with cardiac arrhythmias throughout their outpatient care journey. You will work closely with electrophysiologists, APPs, and schedulers to provide direct and indirect patient care, education, and coordinated care for EP procedures.

The role requires 1–2 years of nursing experience with a preference for cardiology, Ohio RN licensure, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or diploma in nursing required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers for RN required.
• Current Ohio licensure as RN.
• 1–2 years’ nursing experience; cardiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates nursing care for EP ambulatory patients.
• Provides direct and indirect patient care and triage by telephone.
• Educates patients and families about conditions, procedures, and post-care.
• Collaborates with electrophysiologists, APPs, and scheduling staff.
• Documents care, interventions, and patient responses.
• Takes part in multidisciplinary team rounds and care planning.
