Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health or Science related field or equivalent educ/experience.
• National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International upon hire.
• National Certified Cardiac Device Specialist - International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners upon hire.
• National Cardiac Device Remote Monitoring Specialist - International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners upon hire.
• National Certified Electrophysiology Specialist - International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners upon hire.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 2 years Experience in the healthcare and/or assessment of cardiac patients

Responsibilities

• Interrogate and assess implantable cardiac devices (pacemakers, defibrillators, loop recorders).
• Manage remote transmissions and device clinic workflows.
• Collaborate with device clinic RNs and supervising implanting physicians.
• Document and report findings to supervising staff.
