Qualifikationen

• Master’s Degree and state licensure in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Minimum five years of clinical experience providing direct services to individuals and families in community mental health.
• Clinical and administrative experience in community-based programs is required.
• Valid Michigan Driver’s License, auto insurance and access to own vehicle.

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to therapists and case managers.
• Manage staff caseloads, monitor KPIs, and ensure accurate weekly billing and productivity.
• Foster a collaborative work environment encouraging professional growth.

• Collect and report data on outpatient services to identify trends and improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure privacy compliance.
• Develop training programs for new staff on best practices.
• Stay updated on behavioral health developments to inform resources.
• Advocate for clients and navigate barriers to services.
• Contribute to protocols and programs to improve service delivery.
• Engage in community outreach to expand access.
• Address client crises and urgent needs as they arise.
• Provide support to staff handling challenging situations.
• Manage scheduling and workflow for the outpatient team.
