Job summary

Northpoint Recovery is seeking an Outpatient Clinical Supervisor to oversee therapeutic services for a caseload and provide clinical supervision to staff pursuing endorsement. This role includes chart reviews, organizing trainings (CEU approvals), and maintaining an ethical clinical environment while also performing direct care as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
• Active Idaho mental health licensure for supervision.
• State licensure requirements at hire and during employment.
• Minimum 3 years relevant field experience.
• Ability to work with a diverse population.
• Strong personal boundaries and rapport-building.
• Adherence to ethical standards of licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling, assessments and group facilitation to individuals and families.
• Supervise interns and staff seeking clinical endorsement.
• Review charts for policy, documentation and compliance.
• Deliver clinical trainings and CEU approvals.
• Collaborate with treatment teams to ensure quality client care.
• Develop written treatment plans with client/family involvement.
• Maintain timely documentation and professional boundaries.
