Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks Supervising Clinicians to supervise unlicensed clinicians and provide clinical training for outpatient mental health counseling. The role includes overseeing therapy caseloads, conducting supervision via in-person or telehealth, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The position requires a Master’s or higher, an independent clinical license, and post-licensure supervisory experience; a hybrid work model is available to

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited program.
• Valid independent clinical license in the state(s) where services are provided.
• Meet minimum post licensure experience requirements for supervisor as determined by licensing Board.
• Meet all Licensing Board requirements to provide clinical supervision (e.g. registration, state required coursework, years of experience).
• Knowledge of state/federal rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group supervision weekly to unlicensed clinicians; supervision may be across multiple sites.
• Review clinical documentation and approve/ sign session notes and treatment plans as required.
• Maintain supervision notes and documentation in the EMR; submit notes by end of the supervision day.
• Assess clinicians using outcomes-based measures and provide feedback for performance improvement.
• Coordinate care with internal programs and external providers with patient consent.
• Maintain licensure requirements and participate in supervision as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
