Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking an Outpatient Therapist/Counselor to oversee therapeutic services for a caseload of adults and adolescents under the Northpoint Recovery and Imagine by Northpoint brands. The role involves creating and implementing master treatment and discharge plans, plus providing individual, group, and family therapy as required.

Collaboration with support staff and outside agencies ensures comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or commensurate experience in mental health/social sciences.
• Must hold active substance use or mental health licensure in the relevant state.
• 1+ year of experience in the field.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and build rapport with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling, assessments and group facilitation to individuals and families.
• Coordinate all aspects of direct clinical care from admission to discharge.
• Consult with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality client care.
• Provide orientation and education to clients and families to aid in therapy.
