Responsibilities

• Oversee therapists and provide feedback through performance evaluations, supervision and training.
• Ensure interventions are performed and documented to professional standards.
• Conduct regular chart audits for compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in survey activities (TJC, Medicare, licensing).
• Support treatment team meetings and ensure timely MD reviews.
