Job summary

Lifepoint Behavioral Health is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations - Behavioral Health to lead clinical programs across inpatient and outpatient settings at Highland Springs. You will provide strategic and operational leadership, drive regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the facility leadership team.

Applicants should have a Master’s in Social Work and an active LCSW license, with prior inpatient psychiatric healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work is required.
• A current unencumbered clinical social work license (LCSW) is required.
• Previous experience in inpatient psychiatric healthcare is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for behavioral health treatment across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality clinical care while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Supervise individual and group counseling and implement therapeutic modalities.
• Oversee discharge planning for optimal post-hospital transition.
• Ensure clinical documentation is current and meets regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with leadership on hospital operations and performance improvement.
