Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH) is seeking an Associate Behavioral Health Counselor to provide outpatient counseling to clients and families in Scottsdale, AZ, under clinical supervision. The position emphasizes compassionate care, confidentiality, and adherence to state and federal regulations.

You will conduct intakes and assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate services, crisis response, and referrals as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) or LMSW/LAMFT in good standing.
• 1+ years in Behavioral Health Counseling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling to clients and families.
• Conduct intakes and assessments; develop treatment plans.
• Maintain confidentiality of client records.
• Coordinate required services and crisis intervention as needed.
• Participate in supervision and quality improvement activities.
• Attend meetings and community outreach events.
