Job summary

Compass Health is seeking a full-time ARNP or Psychiatrist for outpatient behavioral health services in Washington. Join a collaborative team providing direct psychiatric and medical care with focus on evidence-based practices and whole-person wellness.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be licensed as WA ARNP with PMHNP certification or MD/DO with psychiatry credentials.
• WA ARNP license or MD/DO with psychiatry license is required.
• DEA registration and experience in psychiatric medication management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage psychotropic medications and monitor effects on overall health.
• Collaborate with therapists, care coordinators, and case managers.
• Provide psychiatric consultation and crisis support as needed.
• Support client and family education and recovery goals.
• Maintain clinical documentation per agency and payer requirements.
