Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a Psychiatric ARNP to deliver psychiatric services across outpatient Behavioral Health sites and medical clinics in Washington. The role emphasizes team-based, coordinated care with clinicians and support staff.

The position requires bilingual Spanish/English skills, ~5+ years of psychiatric nursing experience, and licensure as an ARNP in Washington. Counseling is not provided; training in BLS CPR is required within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Experience RN. Licensed in the State of Washington. Must be licensed as a psychiatric nurse (Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner) with more than five years of experience providing psychiatric services.
• Must be bi-cultural. Knowledge and experience working with Hispanics, migrant and seasonal farm workers and homeless individuals preferred.
• This position must obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR within 90 days of hire date and maintain it throughout employment.

Responsabilités

• Face to face psychiatric evaluations with client/patients to determine psychiatric diagnosis.
• Ongoing medication review services to assess effects of prescribed medication.
• Consultation with Behavioral Health clinical staff and Sea Mar medical clinic providers on diagnosis, medications, and treatment considerations.
• Phone availability for emergency review of medications and for refilling prescriptions.
• Chart documentation of psychiatric evaluations, medication reviews, and client contacts.
