Job summary

MultiCare Health System seeks an experienced Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for outpatient services in Washington. You will provide diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and therapy recommendations while supporting integrated care teams.

Qualifications

• Meets state Washington licensure requirements by start of employment.
• ARNP with prescriptive authority in Washington.
• PMHNP-BC (Across the Lifespan) certification, or PMHNP-BC/PMHCNS-BC options.
• Current BLS or similar provider-level certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations to clarify treatment recommendations.
• Offer regular caseload consultation to Integrated Mental Health Therapist.
• Complete documentation within policy timeframes.
• Supervise students or residents when requested.
• Collaborate with teams and maintain high-quality patient care.
