Job summary

The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Anesthesiologist to join our anesthesia team, providing high-quality care and collaborating with CRNAs, physicians, and ASC staff. This physician-led MSO supports leading specialty practices with national infrastructure.

Position emphasizes no call, no nights, and flexible scheduling within a stable, respected practice backed by strong operational support. MD/DO and board eligibility required, license in good standing, and CRNA supervision experience

Qualifications

• MD/DO required.
• BC/BE in Anesthesiology required.
• Eligible state license.
• CRNA supervision experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures.
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments.
• Manage airway and anesthesia administration.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards.
