Job summary

The Specialty Alliance is seeking a board-certified anesthesiologist to join a physician-led MSO that supports gastroenterology and urology practices nationwide with clinical autonomy, robust resources, and a commitment to high-quality patient care. This is an outpatient-focused role in a collaborative environment.

In Illinois, enjoy a daytime schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., no on-call nights, and full benefits plus a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with board certification in Anesthesiology and active license.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with OR staff and physicians.
• Experience supervising CRNA staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures.
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments.
• Manage airway and anesthesia administration.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards.
