Job summary

The Specialty Alliance, an ambulatory surgery center network, seeks a dedicated CRNA to join our anesthesia team in Florida. You will provide anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures with a focus on safety and patient comfort.

The role offers highly competitive compensation, no call, no nights, no weekends, flexible scheduling, and W-2/1099 options in a physician-led MSO that backs physicians and staff while prioritizing patient care.

Qualifications

• CRNA certification required and active license in Florida.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously within an MSO-supported practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments.
• Manage airway and anesthesia administration during procedures.
• Monitor patients during surgery and recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and safety standards.
