Job summary

The Specialty Alliance, an ambulatory surgery center group, is seeking a dedicated CRNA to join our anesthesia team. We offer an independent CRNA practice model with high autonomy and no call, nights, weekends, or holidays.

Flexible scheduling and strong clinical support are provided across multiple GI and surgical cases. As a CRNA, you will collaborate with physicians, ASC staff, and GI teams to deliver high-quality anesthesia care in a physician-led MSO environment.

Qualifications

• CRNA required.
• Eligible state license required.
• Excellent communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures.
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments.
• Manage airway and anesthesia administration.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff.
