Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is partnering with a growing, patient-centered value-based care organization in Upland, CA to hire a full-time Primary Care Physician for outpatient care.

This Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $253,643 to $380,464, with a bonus opportunity and a quarterly incentive plan. Day-one PTO, comprehensive benefits, CME support, and a 401(k) match accompany a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Active and unrestricted California medical license.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related Primary Care specialty.
• Active DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient primary care with emphasis on preventive care and value-based care.
• Collaborate with a clinical team to coordinate patient care.
• Provide relationship-based care focusing on quality and patient experience.
