Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Medical Assistant and care team to manage patient flow and follow ups.
• Utilize DAX AI Scribe to document visits and support workflows.
• No on-call requirements and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Position Highlights:

• Clinic Location: San Bernardino, CA
• Outpatient: Primary Care including office consults, annual visits, follow up appointments and in office procedures
• Appointment Schedule: Monday - Friday; 40 / 20 minutes for consults and follow up appointments
• Average Patients per day: 18 patients
• Medical Assistant to support Physician; rooming patients, vitals, RX refills, follow up appointments
• Team Based Care Model - Physicians and APC's working together with support team

Required Qualifications:

• Board Certified Physician or ability to attain before start
• Unrestricted California Physician License or ability to attain prior to starting
• Current BLS, ACLS certification
• Current California DEA certificate or ability to attain prior to start
• EMR Proficient
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills and time management

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $238,500 - $392,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
