Job summary

The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort in Florida is seeking a Restaurant Outlets Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This role focuses on delivering hospitality excellence and coordinating outlets under the Outlets Manager’s direction.

You will hire, train, and develop staff, manage budgets, ensure SOP and safety compliance, and drive guest satisfaction through proactive leadership and strong communication.

Qualifications

• More than two years of post-high school education.
• Two years of full employment in a related position.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of restaurant/hotel practices and procedures.
• Supervision/management communication skills are required.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, including marketing plans, safety programs, budgeting and planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; adapt to audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant and room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner periods.
• Direct day-to-day operations of the bar operations.
• Interview, hire, train, develop, evaluate staff; retain and motivate associates.
• Implement company programs; ensure compliance with SOPs/LSOPs; safety/compliance.
• Forecast and control budgets, labor costs, food/beverage costs, supplies and equipment.
• Respond to customer trends and issues to enhance sales and guest experience.
• Monitor maintenance and sanitation of outlets and equipment.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
