Summary

The Outlet Team Leader oversees daily store operations at the Northbrook outlet, leading a sales team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals. This role supports store management in coaching associates, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring efficient inventory flow. The Team Leader serves as the primary point of contact during assigned shifts and helps enforce policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate sales associates to meet individual and store sales targets.
• Assist with daily operational tasks including opening and closing, cash handling, and point-of-sale support.
• Maintain visual merchandising and stock presentation to company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, support receiving and restocking, and address loss prevention concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle escalated customer issues professionally.

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail experience, with prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and customer service skills.
