Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred; experience may substitute.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to lift, push, or pull fifty pounds with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation. Forklift license may be obtained if able.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service.
• Sort and grade donations and stock merchandise.
• Operate cash register and ensure efficient checkout.
• Assist with loading/unloading donations and maintaining cleanliness.
• Assist donors with tax receipts and proper donation flow.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping in store and donation areas.
• Train new teammates and contribute to continuous improvement.
