Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel Cancun is seeking an Outlet Server II to deliver exceptional personalized service in a high-energy dining environment. You will engage with guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure VIP guests are consistently wowed while maintaining professional appearance and confidentiality.

The role requires at least two years of guest service experience in a formal dining setting, strong English communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced casino/hotel

Qualifications

• Two years' guest service experience in a family or formal dining environment.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Good communication and friendly attitude at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide superior guest service for all Food and Beverage operations.
• Maintain pleasant and courteous attitude.
• Complete opening and closing duties.
• Assist bussers in setting tables with clean dishes, glasses and flatware.
• Present menu and suggest courses and drinks; take orders.
• Serve meals according to established etiquette; ensure guest satisfaction.
• Check quality after each course and replenish drinks.
• Keep service areas and station clean and stocked.
• Clear and reset tables; transport dishes to and from service areas.
• Totals bill and process payment with cashier.
• Adhere to sanitation standards and costs controls.
