Brobston Group LLC is seeking an Outlet Operations Leader in San Marcos to build a results-driven stock team and optimize flow from receipt to sales floor. You will partner with cross-functional teams to improve inventory accuracy, safety, and customer experience.

The role requires leadership in retail, proficiency with Mac OS and Office tools, and experience with inventory systems, with a hands-on approach to physical handling and delivery coordination.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail.
• Experience with inventory management systems and inventory control processes.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and move items over 100 lbs with proper equipment.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach the stock team on safety protocols and inventory policies to foster accountability and operational excellence.
• Oversee receipt, processing, and transition of merchandise from truck to storage to sales floor, ensuring accuracy and readiness for customers.
• Safeguard inventory integrity through proper tagging and monitoring of accuracy and processing timelines.
• Direct release of product to third-party delivery partners and customers, ensuring accuracy and service standards.
• Authorize and manage destruction of MOS products in compliance with policy.
• Ensure operational interactions with customers and delivery partners reflect company service standards.
