This role partners with cross-functional teams to drive inventory accuracy, operational excellence, and adherence to safety standards while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The leader oversees merchandise processing from arrival to sales floor and manages interactions with delivery partners and customers.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach the stock team on safety protocols and inventory policies to foster accountability and operational excellence.
• Oversee receipt, processing, and transition of merchandise from truck to storage to sales floor, ensuring accuracy and readiness for customers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Experience with inventory management systems and inventory control processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; adaptable and solutions-focused.
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across operational hours and ability to lift and move items in excess of 100 lbs using proper equipment; ability to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb as required.
