Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler for our North Canton outlet store. You will move donated materials, sort items, and support salvage sorting while assisting in cross-training across store functions.

This role supports funding for job training and community programs, with opportunities to grow across multiple areas of the operation and help donors and vendors through excellent service.

Qualifications

• Operates tipping equipment and follows PPE safety protocols.
• Uses PPE and follows safety procedures.
• Knowledge of color shades and tones.
• Knowledge of merchandise across various categories.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Move donated materials, salvage commodities, trash, equipment, and other materials on/off trucks.
• Sort items into designated locations within the store.
• Assist in all areas of the salvage sorting process.
• Cross-train to cover other store functions.
• Provide excellent service to stores, admin, and vendors/donors.
