Job summary

The Standard Pattaya Na Jomtien is seeking an Outlet Manager to lead the department in alignment with corporate strategies and brand standards. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining fiscal discipline and operational excellence.

Ideal candidates have a hospitality or restaurant management background and at least 2 years in a similar leadership role, with a track record of maintaining high standards in a hotel or large restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.

Responsibilities

• The Outlet Manager will run the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
• Manage the assigned outlet as a profitable unit within the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and operating within budget.
