Hyatt is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to support the daily operations of our outlet, ensuring it functions as a profitable unit aligned with Hyatt International standards.

The ideal candidate holds a hospitality-related degree or diploma and has at least 1 year in an Assistant Outlet Manager role or 2 years as a Team Leader/Captain in a hotel with strong standards.

Qualifications

• Degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 1 year work experience as Assistant Outlet Manager or 2 years as Team Leader/Captain in a hotel with good standards.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Outlet Manager to run the outlet as a profit centre.
• Support guest satisfaction while operating within budget and Hyatt standards.

To assist the Outlet Manager in managing the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the outlet's operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.
