Job summary

Hyatt is seeking an Outlet Manager to lead the assigned outlet in a fast-paced luxury setting. You will ensure smooth daily operations, uphold brand standards, and maximize guest satisfaction while managing costs and revenue in line with the outlet's concept.

The role requires a relevant degree in Hospitality, at least two years as Outlet Manager or Assistant, and strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and POS systems. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant Outlet Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
• Prior 5* international hotel hospitality and/or luxury standalone restaurant experience is essential.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Proactive; exercises good judgment; problem solving skills and anticipate needs of guests; attention to detail with a focus on quality and service.
• A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Clear concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills.
• Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, including a working knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
• Should possess strong food and beverage knowledge.
• Beverage knowledge should include wine, spirits, beer and cocktail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening, weekends, and holidays.
• Local language proficiency is preferred.

Job description

The Outlet Manager will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Outlet Manager is responsible to manage the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the outlet's operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.
